For all Peer Tutors!!
What do you think, in your opinion, is the greatest invention so far that helps people with disabilities? Examples might be, electric wheelchairs (if you choose wheelchairs, choose a specific type) Medications, computers, etc. Make sure you explain why!

Hello all, I have added a list of links to the right side of the blog. It has links to the syllabus, the disability list, and the APA guidelines. I will be adding more links as year goes on! No excuses now for not having your syllabus!

Go to the Assistive-ware website. Make sure you are in the community tab, and watch one or more of the videos on individuals that use Assistive Technology. What do you think? Was in neat? Write a 3-5 sentence reaction.

Welcome back! Please take until Monday night to complete this Blog, sorry it's up so late!

Advanced Peer tutors: I think that all of you have chosen to write books for a student. To make sure that there are no doubles, please tell me who you are going to write for and brainstorm a list of topics that your student would be interested in writing about. REMEMBER: you do not have to do the brochure/pamphlet.

Beginning peer tutors: Your brochure is due next week. What disability are you working on? Remember that you need visuals as well as information. Think about a brochure that you get at the dr.'s office, or a brochure to take a trip somewhere, it's very eye catching! You do not need to use a computer to complete this project.
So! I want you to respond to this blog with the topic you want to do, and 2 sentences (minimum) about the topic, and why you chose the topic.
